Kino's flashbacks when throwing the pearl

 As Kino threw the dastardly pearl into the treacherous sea, at the brief period of time of the release of the pearl to the sea he saw all those memories that grew in his mind, Coyotito death, the murder, the trackers that were stalking his family. To think all he ever wanted was a new hope, a hope for his family to prosper and develop into a normal life. But that that might not happen. As Kino and Juana were on their way back to their hut, they saw an American man with the most absurd mustache in La Paz. The man's name was Captain Arno Simmons, he was looking to establish a fleet of whaling brigs and pearl schooners and gunboats. He approached Kino with an offer that  will bring Kino to hope, Captain. Simmons confronts Kino telling of the infamous stories he's heard  of him and the pearl, and the sad loss of Coyotito. So Kino says, " Please Captain I invite you over to my hut to discuss over the job and the opportunity." Captain remarks, " My friend I heard of the dastardly doctor who has acted out in an inhumane way against your boy", Kino says," That is right my friend, the doctor was an old Spaniard from his old country." Captain Simmons says," Well Kino I came here looking for native divers and sailors, will you care to join me, I promise a good wage and a no scurvy guarantee, and I will provide proper quarters in my brig, Spirit of Harmony.", Kino astounded, "Why most gracious captain, that is just a great opportunity, how can i ever pay back?", The Captain, required Kino to  sail for 2 years and will return him to La Paz, or to his hometown of New Orleans. It was sad for Kino and his wife to leave La Paz, he even wanted to stay but Juana convinced him and said, "Kino stop blubbering over the past and look towards the future, our love we must keep it alive, its a new leaf of hope!". after that lecture Kino smiled, and agreed to sail with Simmons and his crew.

Spirit of Coyotito

Kino and his wife have sailed for the last 2 years, they had voyages all over the Gulf of Mexico. The Fleet became known as the,  The spirit of Coyotito, in honor of Kino's son. Captain Simmons awarded Kino with one gunboat, a brig, and a darn good wage, Kino has never been happier in his entire life, ever since The Pearl of the world's downfall Kino begun to see  life more precious, and to honor his son, he has never backed down  from life, he realized that there is more to life then   sinking at the bottom of a wine bottle  with reminiscence   of his failure to achieve his goals of ambition, instead he lived up to his expectations in life, he realized life gives and takes. Life took Coyotito, and it gave himself and his wife a new hope. When life gives you pearls, think about it, when life gave Kino hope, he fixed his error in his ways and made long-lasting friendships with great friends,
